The linear peristaltic pump liquid runs in the peristaltic pump hose and only contacts the hose, with no dead ends and no liquid deposition.
Ceramic pumps produce mechanical friction that can cause particles to fall off. The liquid in the pump body cannot be completely drained, causing shearing of sensitive materials. It is not suitable for viscosity or crystallization.
3.Material disassembly and maintenance
It is extremely simple to disassemble and assemble the hose of the linear peristaltic pump, which can be completed in just a few seconds. It has low labor intensity and can maximize production efficiency;
Due to the mechanical structure of the ceramic pump, the disassembly and assembly process is extremely cumbersome and labor-intensive, and it is easy to cause damage to the pump body, which greatly reduces production efficiency.
4.Adjustment of packaging dosage
Each linear peristaltic pump can be suitable for all dosages from 0.1 to 40ml. The filling volume can be adjusted by replacing 6 types of hoses with different inner diameters: 6.4mm, 7.9mm, 9.7mm, 3.2mm, 4.8mm, and 12.7mm. The two-tube combination can be operated at the same time.
Each ceramic pump can only be suitable for dosages up to 1:5, such as 1-5ml, 5-25ml, 10-50ml, etc. Users can replace more than 1:5, and the cost of metering is high.
5.Drip control
The linear peristaltic pump can be set up with a slow start to prevent splashing or foaming, and can also achieve instant stop and back-suction to prevent dripping, and the back-suction angle is 0-360°.

6.Online CIP
The linear peristaltic pump hose has no dead ends inside and outside, making it easy to implement online SIP.
Ceramic pump disinfection, cleaning and sterilization has many dead spots and is prone to residues. The cleaning process is complex and it is difficult to achieve online SIP and online CIP.
